I moved here from Binghamton, New York in 1993, initially to get out of the cold and enjoy Florida's sunny weather. I became
a Ballroom Dance instructor, and after 9 years realized that helping people was my true passion. I have been specializing in
Property Management since 2000, and wouldn't change that for anything. I still teach Ballroom dancing part time and will enjoy
that for the rest of my life. Here are just a few testimonial letters from owners and tenants that have loved the services that
I hope that you will also become a valued client of mine.
I have worked in property management since 1993, and became a licensed Realtor in 1996. I now hold the designations of RMP
(Residential Management Professional) and am a Property Management Specialist. I am an active member of the Orlando Regional
Realtor Association (ORRA), the Florida Realtor Association (FRA), the National Association of Real Property Managers (NARPM),
and the Women's Council of Realtors. I also am a graduate of the American Real Estate University. I have fulfilled a number of
leadership positions in virtually all of these organizations, and am an Honor Society Member of ORRA. I have also taught property
management courses both locally and statewide.
I am a Senior Property Manager, and have been affiliated with Don Asher and Associates, Inc. since 2003.
I would be most proud to put my professional ethics, experience and integrity to work for you in the management of your
valued investment property.
I have worked in Property Management for over 13 years, and in addition to my Florida Real Estate License, also hold a Property
Management Specialist (REPM) designation. I am a dedicated and highly motivated property management professional, possessing
the highly-specialized skills needed to successfully handle multiple projects in today's fast-paced, rapidly changing real estate
environment. Finally, I have significant expertise with leasing, and real estate promotion and sales.
I work closely with investors of all types to help them find properties with positive cash flow bottom-line income to add to
their portfolio. Finally, I have a proven track record for exceptional physical and fiscal management of leased properties.
I am bi-lingual (Spanish), and have an exceptional ability to work under high pressure, offering sound fiscal stewardship, and
superior analysis and problem solving skills.
I am active throughout all of Central Florida including all of its surrounding areas.
Let me know how I can help you achieve the most out of your rental property!
I have worked in the real estate industry since 2001 and became a Florida Licensed Real Estate Agent in 2006. I am active in Orange,
Seminole, Polk, Lake, and Osceola Counties, and stay abreast of all aspects of these markets. I specialize in single and multi-family
residential property management, leasing and sales and would truly look forward to working with you.
When I was younger, people always asked what I want to do when I grew up, but I never had a solid answer. I did know for sure that
I wanted to work with people, and also knew I couldn't sit at a desk every single day. Eventually, I accepted employment in the service
industry, initially to pay my way through college. Since then, I've worked every restaurant position imaginable, from hostess to
bartender, finally becoming General Manager of a major, chain restaurant.
While I value the time and experience I gained in the service industry, I always knew it wasn't a permanent career for me. I choose
a career in Real Estate because I have a passion for helping people, and I love houses, architecture, and interior design/decorating. All
of the pieces just seemed to fit. I obtained my Florida Real Estate License, and have been on my venture to learn and grow in every
aspect of real estate since then. I take pride in what I do, and treat every client as they are my top priority. I am organized and
innovative, and always try to stay on top of the latest trends in the market to provide my clients with the best information and
knowledge possible. My work ethic and dedication to customer satisfaction from every client has gotten me where I am today. They
say you know you've found the right job when it doesn't feel like work… and this is definitely the right job for me! I've been a real
estate agent with Don Asher & Associates since 2012, and couldn't be happier.
I cherish the relationships I get to create and build with each and every client.
Licensed Real Estate Broker/Salesperson, Member of Orlando Regional Realtors Association (ORRA).
I have been licensed and actively working as a property manager since 1985 and have worked at Don Asher and Associates since
2001. I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker/Salesperson, and active member of Orlando Regional Realtors Association (ORRA).
I have been involved in some aspect of property management virtually all of my life, as my parents have owned and managed
over 25 single family homes for the past 48 years. I began my property management career by managing a large apartment
complex in Vero Beach. I then obtained my Community Association Manager License (CAM), and added managing and leasing a
large number of condominiums in Vero Beach to my professional portfolio.
I moved back to central Florida in the early 1990's, and managed Homeowners Associations for several years. That led to my
current career leasing and managing single family homes and condominiums throughout Central Florida. I currently manage properties
in Orange, Seminole, Lake, Volusia, and Polk counties.
Several of my property owners have been my clients for 15-20 years!
I was raised in Orlando. I graduated from Boone High School and later the University of Central Florida. In 1982 I received a
commission in the US Army and spent four years in Germany. After I returned from overseas, I served two years in local law
enforcement before deciding to transition to Real Estate. I eventually accepted employment as a Property Manager for Coldwell
Banker. My semi-temporary job with Coldwell Banker lasted for over twenty-five years. During this time I usually managed
around one hundred residential properties. Late in 2014, I took a position with Don Asher and Associates, working as a
licensed property manager.
There are many things you can do with a real estate license. Probably the least glamorous of these is to be a property manager.
That said, I think it is an area that requires a great deal of skill and experience to properly represent your clients. My twenty five
years in the business as a property manager has given me keen instincts and insights in how to set up a real estate investment
portfolio and how to run it.
I typically work for individuals who own condominiums and houses in the Greater Orlando area. My work involves finding good
units to purchase, finding good tenants for the property and then collecting rent and supervising maintenance. There are many places
you can put your investment money, but I believe none are consistently safer than owning a physical asset like real estate. Orlando
is a great market with more people moving to the area every year. This tends to generate positive appreciation, both in sales prices
as well as rental rates.
If you are considering investments in real estate, I would enjoy sharing some insights with you. Likewise, if you are a tenant
looking for a nice place to live, give me a call.
A native to the city of Orlando, I've watched Central Florida grow from a small town to the large metropolis it is becoming. After
working in various customer service industries since I was in high school, I decided that property management was a positive
transition and a good fit, so I obtained my Florida Real Estate License. My ability to easily connect well with others coupled
with extraordinary organization skills and a sincere emphasis on customer service are all integral to helping meet the needs of
every client I encounter.
With well over 2 decades of experience, I've developed my skills with an exceptional ability to intuitively know the needs of
both the renter and the Property Owner. My goal is to deliver superior service with insight, innovation, and integrity. I pride myself
on my tenacity, knowledge, accessibility, and the attention to detail that I bring to the rental and management process. This
earnest philosophy has also afforded me recognition among my peers, who consider me one of the tops in the industry.
While work is my main passion, I enjoy entertaining, local art festivals, movies and taking full advantage of the local

look for in a property manager. I excel in responsiveness, accessibility, open communication and attentiveness to the
owner, tenant and property itself.
I am passionate about property management, as demonstrated by my 20+ years of experience in the Orlando-area real
estate industry. My clients' satisfaction is my top priority and my goal is to always exceed expectations.
In addition to my experience managing long and short-term rentals, I also hold professional licenses in real estate and
property management. I am a member of the Orlando Regional Realtor Association and served two years on the board of

and investors. I always represent my clients' interest with professionalism and integrity while affording
them peace of mind. As a hands-on local representative in the Greater Orlando area, I welcome the opportunity
